Floor Plan Indicators

Use Floor Plan Indicators to show room availability on a floor plan. For example, you might use a green icon to indicate that a room is available and a red icon to indicate that a room is unavailable.

Supported image formats include .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jfif, and .svg.

1. Navigate to Configuration > Facilities > Floor Plan Indicators.

   Optional: Select Show Inactive to display all indicator sets.

2. Select New.

3. In Description, enter a description of up to 50 characters.

   Use a descriptive name that helps identify the indicator set, such as a building name or floor.

4. Next to Image, select Browse and select the image to use for the available indicator.

5. Next to Secondary Image, select Browse, and select the image to use for the unavailable indicator.

6. Select OK.

   EMS adds the new indicator set as an active indicator.
